I live and work from continual emergence — learning and reimagining what is possible.
For over thirty years, I have lived as a nomad, exploring questions of identity, belonging, and what it means to translate yourself between worlds.
My experience, from innovation executive to entrepreneur, artist, coach, and facilitator, has allowed me to see patterns across disciplines and spark systemic change where it matters most.
Over time, an inner journey deepened alongside the outer one. Art became the practice that held everything together — sharpening perception, opening imagination, teaching me to stay present with uncertainty.
Today, my work brings these strands together — strategy and creativity, leadership and art, the personal and the collective.
I work with leaders, teams, and organizations to reimagine culture and shape conditions for sustainable transformation through keynote speaking, teaching, coaching and advisory relationships, immersive workshops, and leadership retreats.
I develop interdisciplinary collaborations exploring future ways of living and working as founder of revillage, an experimental space for creative experiences, and long-time resident of the House of Beautiful Business, a global network for the life-centered economy.
My artwork has been exhibited across Italy, Spain, France, Serbia, Uruguay, and Japan. I write on transformation, leadership, and creativity in Letters From My Heart on Substack.
Spanning continents and disciplines, my work invites people to cultivate the inner ground required for systemic change and participate in shaping what comes next.
