I was born in a country that no longer exists.
The collapse of Yugoslavia marked the end of a world that had felt stable, familiar, and safe.
What followed was more than three decades of movement — between countries, cultures, languages, professions, and communities, often finding myself between worlds rather than fully belonging to any one of them.
Over time, I became skilled at adaptation.
I learned how to navigate unfamiliar places, translate myself between different worlds, and build bridges across cultures.
Professionally, I spent thirty years working at the forefront of innovation, digital transformation, and leadership development across the U.S., the U.K., and Europe.
I served as Senior Vice President at Pearson, the world's largest education company.
In 2015, the innovation programme I led became the first in Market Gravity's history to receive both its New York award for Best Innovation Programme and its London award for Best Innovation Culture.
Later, through my own consultancy, I worked with organisations including News Corp, PMI, the UK Foreign Office, Informa, LexisNexis, and Santander.
My book on product strategy and innovation was shortlisted for the 2019 Business Book Awards. I also taught leadership and innovation at THNK Executive Leadership and ICT Innovation Academy, and spoke at conferences and gatherings around the world.
Yet another thread kept calling for my attention.
Questions of identity, belonging, and collapse had accompanied me for much of my life. Over time, they became harder to ignore, and I began dismantling the identities I had carried.
Art emerged not as a destination, but as a way of staying close to what was alive.
Today, my work spans visual and textile art, writing, facilitation, and systems thinking.
Through immersive experiences, teaching, advisory work, and collaborations, I explore the intersection of creativity, inner work, and systems change.
I am the founder of revillage, an experimental, interdisciplinary space exploring new ways of being, relating, and co-creating, and a long-time resident of the House of Beautiful Business, a global community of leaders, artists, and thinkers working to reimagine business and society.
My work has been exhibited in London, Milan, Madrid, Rome, and Belgrade, as well as in site-specific installations in France, Uruguay, and Japan.
