I walk at the edge of possibility — creating and bridging worlds that rarely meet. Moving fluidly between business and art, I weave transformation that is systemic, human, and alive.

Shaped by global leadership roles, consulting, entrepreneurial ventures, and artistic practice, my diverse experience allows me to see patterns across disciplines and spark systemic change where it matters most.

My journey — from corporate innovation executive to global nomad, artist, coach, and facilitator — has opened a new way of seeing the world. It revealed that creativity, awareness, and connection are not peripheral to transformation, but its very source. Becoming an artist was not a departure from my work — it was its evolution. It showed me that change is possible at any age, and that beyond the stories that bind us lies a broader field of possibility waiting to be lived.

My art practice taught me how to let the heart lead. The creative and intuitive self opened doors to what I couldn’t yet imagine; the playful and curious self taught me how to explore and co-create; the softer and more compassionate self — how to relate and connect with others. Through that process came a sense of freedom and balance that now underpins everything I do.

Today, my practice brings these strands together — strategy and creativity, leadership and art, the personal and the collective. I work with leaders, teams, and communities to unlock potential, reimagine culture, and shape the conditions for transformation that lasts.

I am the founder of revillage, an experimental space reimagining the future through creative, interdisciplinary experiences, and a long-time resident of the House of Beautiful Business, a global network for the life-centered economy.

I also write and speak on transformation, leadership, creativity, and well-being, sharing my journey on Substack in Letters From My Heart. My artwork reflects my many inner worlds and has been exhibited in Italy, Spain, France, Serbia, Uruguay, and Japan.
