Reclaiming Leadership: The Art of the Possible

A one-day workshop for leaders and changemakers

28th April 2026 London

We find ourselves in a liminal space — between what was and what is yet to emerge.

Old ways of working and leading no longer hold — yet many of us are still being asked to perform certainty and act as if we are in control. What is collapsing is not only structures, but the stories that have shaped our identities and our way of life.

When the familiar falls away, the capacity to sense, orient, and reimagine becomes central to leadership.

Here, we shift the emphasis — from technology back to the human, from reaction to agency, from optimisation to emergence. Together, we slow down enough to stay with the unknown and reconnect with our capacities to:

  • stay present with not-knowing

  • sense direction before it becomes strategy

  • work creatively with what is emerging

  • relate and act collectively

These are not soft skills. They are foundational leadership capacities in times of disruption and transition.

How we work

The day moves between stillness and movement, individual reflection and collective practice, creative exploration and shared sense-making.

Drawing on artistic practices, embodied inquiry, and dialogue, we create the conditions for something genuinely new to surface — in how we think, relate, and lead.

How the day unfolds

Morning — Orientation and tuning in
Sensing where we are, what we are carrying, what this moment is asking of us.

Midday — Creative practice and collective inquiry
Working with what is emerging through artistic and embodied practice, play, and shared exploration.

Afternoon — Integration and new possibilities
Sensing what has shifted, what wants to be taken forward, and how we choose to act differently.

Who you will be learning with

This is a carefully curated gathering of no more than 20 leaders and changemakers — from different sectors, backgrounds, and disciplines. The diversity is intentional.

Some of the most important learning happens between us, as we co-create in real time.

We will all leave with new insights and relationships forged in shared inquiry.

What begins to shift

  • More spaciousness in body and mind.

  • A greater ability to stay with uncertainty without rushing to premature solutions.

  • A renewed sense of imagination, agency, and possibility.

  • A deeper connection with others, navigating this moment with curiosity and care.

The future will not be delivered to us.
It will emerge through how we choose to act — together.

About us

We are Louise and Sonja. Our work brings together leadership, innovation, and lived practice, shaped by years in global senior roles and close work with leaders navigating complexity and change. We are committed to our own practice of inquiry, creativity, and inner work — as the ground from which we serve others in times of uncertainty and transition. What connects us is a shared orientation toward freedom, creativity, and care. Our work challenges inherited assumptions, asks uncomfortable questions, and invites leaders to take responsibility for reimagining the future through diversity of perspective and conscious action.
