The work I do sits at the intersection of creativity, leadership, and transformation.
Each collaboration, whether with an individual, an organisation, or a community, is an exploration of how we might live, work, and create with greater awareness and imagination.
It begins as an inner movement and expands outward, awakening our capacity to influence change in the world we inhabit together.
What follows is an invitation to explore these spaces, from the personal to the collective, and discover where our paths might meet.
The Spark of Possibility
I speak to what it means to be human in times of profound change, when the story of how we live, work, and relate is breaking down.
Drawing on my own journey, from corporate innovation executive to artist, nomad, and entrepreneur, I explore what becomes possible when we step beyond the familiar and reconnect with our creative, intuitive selves.
My talks invite reflection, courage, and imagination, reminding us that change begins within and expands outward into the world we co-create.
The Inner Work
I work with leaders, founders, and changemakers who are navigating transition, creating space to reflect, reconnect, and realign with their deeper intelligence, intuition, and sense of purpose.
Through dialogue, embodied practice, and creative inquiry, we explore the patterns that shape your choices and open room for new ways of thinking, relating, and leading to emerge.
The intention is not only to find clarity and coherence in your own path, but to build the capacity to influence transformation in your organisation, your communities, and the world.

Reimagining How We Learn
Education is often designed for a world that no longer exists.
Through programs with business schools, universities, and leadership initiatives, I invite participants to challenge assumptions and experiment with new ways of learning, collaborating, and creating.
Each program blends reflection with practice, integrating creativity, embodiment, and collective intelligence to cultivate the capacities that make true innovation and transformation possible.
This work goes beyond methodology: it’s interdisciplinary, experiential, and deeply human, designed to help people reimagine how they think, lead, and create in a rapidly changing world.
Transforming Systems
When leaders grow, their organisations evolve too.
Transformation doesn’t come from new structures alone; it begins when leaders bring awareness, imagination, and courage into how they think, relate, and act together.
Drawing on decades of experience in innovation, strategy, and leadership, I help organisations identify barriers to change, unlock clarity, and align around new possibilities, building the capacity for creativity, collaboration, and sustainable innovation.
Through executive advisory, leadership team coaching, and facilitated explorations, we create the conditions where insight turns into action, reimagining not just culture, but the business itself: how it creates, connects, and contributes in the world.
Art as Catalyst
Through participatory art and creative experiences, I invite audiences to move beyond ideas into shared experience, reconnecting through art, imagination, and collective insight.
Recent work includes an art installation at the Expo 2025 in Osaka and immersive experiences for the House of Beautiful Business Festivals in Morocco and Portugal.
Some engagements also evolve into commissioned or collaborative artworks — you can explore this side of my practice on the Art page.
Creating New Futures
These are spaces for collective exploration and renewal, where reflection, embodiment, and creative inquiry meet to open new worlds of possibility.
Each gathering, from intimate circles to creative residencies and retreats, brings together people from different walks of life, united by a shared curiosity about how we live, create, and work in times of change.
Every experience is a living inquiry: a space where reflection, dialogue, and embodied practice meet creative exploration, inviting us to remember our interconnectedness and co-create the futures we long for.
We find ourselves in extraordinary times of change, when the old ways no longer fit, and the new is still taking shape.
This work is an invitation to reconnect: to ourselves, to one another, and to the world of possibilities waiting just beyond what we know.
